I arrived in Hanoi about 2 years ago, I was introduced to Ms. Trang by a friend of mine. Once we spoke she was prompt to respond, spoke good english and understood individual requirements in seeking the right apartment. She is friendly and very patient as I remember she took me many places until I chose an apartment, where I still reside since I am happy with the apartment and owner. Ms. Trang also has excellent after sales attitude, she communicates time to time ensuring there are no issues. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
