Vietnam Home is a great company for expats looking to move to Hanoi. They are reliable, make the process very easy to offer a variety of nicely furnished apartments in different areas of the city for you to choose from.

They selected several listings which are suitable for my requirements and sent pictures of them to me to review, allowing me to then view the ones that I liked best.

My estate agent was Rocky, who was incredibly helpful and informative in every step of the process. He reassured me when I had questions about the process of renting in Vietnam and made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental contract before signing. He also has great English skills and went through all appliances with me on the day that I moved in to make sure everything was working correctly.

When I first got to Hanoi, miss Trang first got recommend from a colleague of mine.
Knowing exactly where I was looking to stay at, conveyed my thoughts to get and in a matter of a few days, she had a whole program for me and took me to see a few of the apartments.
By the end of the afternoon or was obvious to me that she understood clearly what I was looking for and agreement for a lease followed naturally not too long afterwards.
Miss Trang demonstrated a real understanding and a great care for her customers as well as passion for her job and made it a goal to herself to get what the tenants are looking for.

The service at Vietnam Home in our experience was fantastic. Ms.Emma was extremely attentive and responsive and I inundated her with emails suggesting new apartments to view prior to our arrival. Ms.Emma kept us updated continuously before we arrived then the day after showed us the 8 apartments on our list. Once we settled on an apartment Ms.Emma made the process the whole thing taking 3 days from when we arrived to when we moved in.

I relocated in hanoi 3 years ago and I was introduced to Ms Trang from other pilots , she was already help them to find nice and very good apartment when they arrived in Vietnam , she also help me to find very nice and in very good price Apartement in tay ho , but the most important was that all these years every time I had any issues with my apartment and the land lord , (and trust me in vietnam you have a lot) , she was always help me to solve any problems with my apartment, since then she is helping all the pilots that they moving to hanoi , and all my friends trust her a lot.

I arrived in Hanoi about 2 years ago, I was introduced to Ms. Trang by a friend of mine. Once we spoke she was prompt to respond, spoke good english and understood individual requirements in seeking the right apartment. She is friendly and very patient as I remember she took me many places until I chose an apartment, where I still reside since I am happy with the apartment and owner. Ms. Trang also has excellent after sales attitude, she communicates time to time ensuring there are no issues. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Ms Trang helped me a lots, when I looking for real state to rent an apartment in Hanoi. Firstly, she asked me about my needs and how much I ready to pay, also what district I have in mind, because there are many places to choose. After that, She took me to visit some properies that I feel so comfortable to work with her. Finally I found one! She considered my economic situation and deal a good price with some many things included: cleaning, laundary, security box, etc…She guided me step by step on during the time I live here.
