This estate agency has been a real blessing for me. When I first got in touch with them I had no idea what I was looking for and what district would be better for me.
Luckily my agent, Huy, helped me a lot figuring it out and reassured me throughout the whole house hunting experience (he sent me more than 15 options). Since I was very unsure at the beginning we arranged a call (while I was still in Italy) to talk about the pros and cons of my choices. At the end I chose the apartment that was the best solution for me, halfway between my University and the city center. I honestly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience in finding the perfect house in Hanoi!

When I first got to Hanoi, miss Trang first got recommend from a colleague of mine.
Knowing exactly where I was looking to stay at, conveyed my thoughts to get and in a matter of a few days, she had a whole program for me and took me to see a few of the apartments.
By the end of the afternoon or was obvious to me that she understood clearly what I was looking for and agreement for a lease followed naturally not too long afterwards.

The service at Vietnam Home in our experience was fantastic. Ms.Monica was extremely attentive and responsive and I inundated her with emails suggesting new apartments to view prior to our arrival. Ms.Monica kept us updated continuously before we arrived then the day after showed us the 8 apartments on our list. I relocated in hanoi 3 years ago and I was introduced to Ms Trang from other pilots , she was already help them to find nice and very good apartment when they arrived in Vietnam , she also help me to find very nice and in very good price Apartement in tay ho , but the most important was that all these years every time I had any issues with my apartment and the land lord , (and trust me in vietnam you have a lot) , she was always help me to solve any problems with my apartment, since then she is helping all the pilots that they moving to hanoi , and all my friends trust her a lot.

Vietnam Home is a great company for expats looking to move to Hanoi. They are reliable, make the process very easy and offer a variety of nicely furnished apartments in different areas of the city for you to chose from.

They selected several listings which suited my requirements and sent pictures of them to me to review, allowing me to then view the ones that I liked best.

My estate agent was Rocky, who was incredibly helpful and informative in every step of the process. He reassured me when I had questions about the process of renting in Vietnam and made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental contract before signing. He also has great English skills and went through all appliances with me on the day that I moved in to make sure everything was working correctly.
